    Iron, Heianjo, 79mm, tsuba with brass inlay of flowering water plants to the front and seashells to the reverse. Two different designs on one tsuba, a concept not often found in the early stages of Heianjo work. Original patina. Aizuchi-Momoyama period. A keeper.
